The best way to get started is to set up a free 30-45 min intro/assessment with us!
What we do in the first few sessions will be largely dependent on your intro/assessment results. Expect to learn new techniques with a focus on stability and excellent form. It’s a challenge but it’s important to not over-do it in the beginning. Everyone learns at a pace appropriate for that individual.
We are more than happy to make up sessions that you have to miss within the same calendar month. If for some reason we are unable to do that, we will approach it on a case by case basis.
We have very high quality gear from Rogue Fitness and top of the line barbells and urethane weight plates from American Barbell.
We do our payment processing with Square, we schedule for the month, and bill accordingly for the month.
Christiana and I are both available for personal training, as well as Semi-Private small group training sessions that are custom programmed for each person.
We offer a variety of services that can meet most budgets. Set up an intro with us and we can find a way to get started that will meet your budget.
We have two children ourselves, and we train a lot of moms, and children are welcome to come with you to the gym if needed to facilitate your ability to train. We have toys and various methods of keeping them occupied, this is something we are very comfortable with and supportive of as parents ourselves.
We are right off of Cuesta, between the Cuesta and Grant intersection and the Cuesta and Miramonte
Plenty of parking is available along the street in front of the gym.
